Telecommunications Rebrand

During a business critical merger our client required 15 supplementary resources to ensure deadlines were met; Programme Managers, Projects Managers and Project Controllers.

From an initial briefing we were able to plan a phased introduction of these interim resources. In each case the client interviewed 2 candidates from Programme and engaged at least one.

The goal posts were continually moving, only the highest quality staff were to be engaged and the profile of this programme dictated that mistakes could not be made.

None were. Programme successfully sourced all staff required on time and within preset budgets. The Programme delivered four months early, saving the client thousands of pounds.

Major Airline

A multi million programme for a major customer service improvement was underway and falling behind when Programme was contacted.

At the kick off consultation Programme worked with the client to determine the resources required to augment the in-house teams and to ensure the initiative got back on schedule and delivered on time.

Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Administrators were supplied under tight time restrictions.

The initiative got back on track within a month.

Large Scale Recruitment Project

A major UK plc was going through organisational change; part of these changes was the process of forming new skills groups.

Programme worked with the CEO and Head of Programme and Project Management skills group to assess centralised resources; benchmarking internal skills against market availability, developing methods and standards to bring skills in line with the highest levels of expertise achievable.

We identified the gaps and ran a recruitment project to attract and select 8 new Programme and Project Managers. We closely managed the recruitment process, conducting research, running an advertising campaign, carefully screening all relevant applicants through to attending interviews and debriefing with the client.

12 candidates were interviewed and all 8 selected after 1 day of interviews. The client estimated that 5 days of time were saved; no unwanted CVs, irrelevant candidates, time wasted in the interviewing process.
