A major airline was experiencing difficulties recruiting for a Programme Manager position for a major programme of change. Programmes and projects included upgrading a terminal, improving services and meeting a strict deadline for a US-based regulatory requirement.

Programme Recruitment was engaged after months of trying to secure the right people. After only a short space of time we had identified interim and permanent Programme Managers, and subsequently filled Project Manager positions, Business Analyst positions and Project Coordinator roles.
