Our pre-selection phase includes five stages:

- Candidate identification and research
- Short-listing against specification
- Pre-selection interviewing and referencing
- Knowledge assessment
- Final short-listing and presentation
Almost all of our candidates come to us via word-of-mouth; through personal recommendations from our clients; from completing our on-line evaluation, or simply because we’ve placed them previously and remember their strengths.
Programme Recruitment saves its clients time by conducting full candidate evaluation against role specification as part of its pre-selection process. We provide short-lists of highly able candidates directly to team leaders within our clients’ change management departments.
