Programme Recruitment recognises the importance of all the professional change management qualifications that exist.

Overall, we tend to experience project managers and programme managers as being in one of three different career phases, based on their skills and experience. However, we also take great care during evaluation to recognise rising star candidates whose achievements are not yet reflected in their qualification levels, and those whose practical experience is more limited by comparison.
